Do Take Note: When reading bible verses, it is best to read in context (refer to the verses before and after the verse chosen) to better undersand the meaning of the verse.

Since I really have no idea when will our Huper 1 blog be officially up and running, I may as well start writing something in it.

Let's allow this blog be a place where we can encourage each other, share our joys and our sorrows, share our triumphs and failures as well.

Why failures?

Because besides experiencing the victories and blessings Jesus died to give us, life with Jesus is also about the journey. Many times, it's not about the final location, but it's about the road we travelled to reach the destination - our journey.

The numerous times I had to fall before walking on my own; the countless nights I slept fitfully full of worries; the times when I felt my faith was running dry; -> All these are part of our faith journey. And with every challenge experienced with Jesus in the picture, it will just cause us to emerge stronger and more victorious. Slowly, surely and steadily, we'll ourselves respond to challenges by faith, instead of by sight. Because we've seen the God who breaks through.

Hence, don't be shy to share your shortcomings, failures, weaknesses, or even the mere fact that you may need prayer at times. Let this be a place where we can be real with ourselves and others; and also be open to everyone else.

After all, it's not the I who lives but Christ who lives in me.

God did not just read my story, but He who put the stars in the sky wrote my story as well. See ourselves to be complete in Christ, fully blessed, lacking absolutely nothing.
